JOB DESCRIPTION
Gridly is a ContentOps SaaS platform for accelerating content updates, taking command of multiple languages, and free your global game studios from version chaos.
It’s full time position based in HCM City and having a chance to relocate to Sweden!
We’re looking for hybrid role between Devops Engineer & Site Reliability Engineering to help us:
- Build, operate and support internal & external infrastructures with maximize performance, capacity, High Availability and Multi-regional infras
- Collaborate with backend team for providing solutions, debugging and fine-tune core services
- Taking strong responsibility/ownership during on-call periods, identifying failures and providing emergency response for production incidents also with postmortem & prevention plan
- Research and problem solver with right tool for right job
- Widely support for other teams: data, marketing, admin
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Technical Requirements
- Solid GNU/Linux: OS, toolset, How it works, resource performance and tuning
- Experience with cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure), AWS is a plus
- Knowledge of containerization and container orchestration (ECS, EKS, GKE), AWS ECS is a plus
- Experience in building CI/CD pipeline automation (Jenkins, Github Action, CircleCI, etc)
- Experience in operating SQL databases: MySQL/MariaDB, PostgreSQL
- Knowledge of caching layer (Redis, Memcached)
- Knowledge of Networking: Security, proxy, vpn
- Knowledge of monitoring systems: Grafana stack (Loki, Prometheus, Tempo), Sentry, ELK
- Fluent on scripting languages: Bash, Python
Technical Nice to have (Big Plus)
- MySQL/MariaDB InnoDB Storage Engine performance
- Advanced JVM knowledge on debugging HEAP, OOM and fine-tuning
- Multi regions routing: Application & Networking
- Skillset on building external infrastructure: Self-hosted solution, dedicated & managed infra for SaaS
- Experience with IaC using Terraform.
